Pear and Chocolate Panettone

Made with a sourdough starter and enriched inside with chopped pears and chocolate chips. Once cooked, it is flavored with Grand Marnier syrup to give it an unmistakable aroma.

Ingredients:
wheat flour 00, natural yeast (gluten, sugar, butter, eggs, candied pears 15% (pears, glucose syrup, cane sugar), chocolate 15% (minimum cocoa 39.1%, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring, may contain milk), honey, orange syrup (water, sugar, infusion and distillate of Sicilian orange peel), salt.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature). Avoid direct exposure to sources of heat.
