Panettone with Pistacchio Cream

Sourdough panettone accompanied by 200g of pistachio cream in order to dose the desired amount to each slice.

Ingredients:
wheat flour 00, citrus pulp (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose syrup, brown sugar), fresh sour dough (gluten) sugar, butter, eggs, honey, soaked in orange cream syrup, salt.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature). Avoid direct exposure to sources of heat.
