A signature specialty of the Pasticceria Tabiano pastry shop, this exceptionally soft and delicate sourdough panettone is made with ancient grains, barley and miracle wheat, grown and harvested in Italy’s renowned Food Valley. Gently roasted and blended with white chocolate, it is finished with a vanilla syrup glaze, giving it its unmistakable aroma and fragrance.

Ingredients:
wheat flour 00, natural yeast (gluten), sugar, butter, eggs, roasted ancient grains (ancient barley 3%, Miracle Wheat 2%), white chocolate (minimum cocoa 20%: cocoa, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), honey, vanilla syrup (water, sugar, vanilla infusion and distillate), salt.

Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature). Avoid direct exposure to sources of heat.
