Classic sourdough panettone with orange, citron and sultanas in the original Italian tradition. We offer a “haute patisserie” product in keeping with the tradition of the requirements for which the panettone stands apart.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 00, natural yeast (gluten), butter, hen’s egg yolk, Muscovado sugar, organic cane sugar, coconut sugar, honey, molasses, rice malt, barley malt, crystalline grape sugar, Agave syrup, maple syrup, white chocolate, honey, slightly alcoholic orange syrup (water, sugar, infusion and distillate of orange 10% variable).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature). Avoid direct exposure to sources of heat.
